Troubleshooting tips to connect your Shopify account to Tydo

“When I click ‘Connect’, nothing happens”

If you are on the integrations page, and the Shopify tile has a gray/green “connect” button, you will need to first paste your Shopify URL in the text block before it will allow you to select “connect”

If it says “connected”, then your dashboard is already connected to a Shopify store.

“It shows ‘Connected’ but it is the wrong account, or I need to change it”

Tydo Support will need to assist with this. Please email [email protected] and request which integrations you’d like to disconnect.
