If you’d like an integration removed in order to re-add a new account, then Tydo Support will need to take care of that request.

Please chat or email ([email protected]) and include the following:

  • Name of Shopify store

  • Which integration(s) you’d like removed

Tydo Support will confirm receipt of request either on the same business day, or next business day (within office hours). It can take up to 24-48 business hours to remove integration. Once removed, Tydo Support will notify you.

Please note that Tydo removing the integration will only stop future syncs from happening.

If you’d like to remove the connection to Tydo, that will need to be done through the respective connected account (ie. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook…). Please refer to the below instructions to disconnect Tydo permissions.

Google:

  • Navigate to your Google account settings.

  • In the left sidebar menu, select Security.

  • In the Third-party apps with account access section, click Manage third-party access.

  • In the list of third-party apps, select Fivetran or Tydo, then click Remove access.

For Facebook:

If you are logged into Facebook, you should be able to click this link and be redirected to the page to manage Business Integrations (Step 5 below)

If that link does not redirect you, please follow the below instructions.

Login to or open up Facebook and follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the profile picture in the top right (circle)

  2. Click on Settings & Privacy

  3. Click on Settings

  4. You page will be redirected at this point. Then click Security and Login on the left

  5. Select Business Integrations and remove either Fivetran or Tydo

  6. From there you can select Remove next to the Tydo integration. (Please note that the prompt Facebook shows when deleting an integration is universal to all apps.)

If you use Meta Business, Facebook still recommends to remove permissions through the above steps. You can review Facebook's instructions via this link:
