We understand if that’s not an option though, so here are the steps to follow based on what action you’d like to take.

Delete syncing data

By uninstalling the Tydo app from Shopify, Tydo will discontinue syncing data nightly. By default, if you uninstall Tydo via Shopify, syncing will cease for all other integrations.

Delete the integration permissions

Permissions to allow data to be accessed is set with the third party, so you will need to revoke that access via each account.

Delete account data

Please send an email to [email protected] from the email address on file and include the Shopify store URL with the subject line “Delete Data”.

We will acknowledge receipt of the email in no more than 2 business days (at the latest) and email confirmation once files have been deleted.

Please be sure that you have uninstalled Tydo prior to this request to prevent any future syncing from taking place.
